The Sea of Monsters
We have been reading about the adventures of Annabeth and Percy in The Sea of Monsters. This book is packed full of adventure and fits right in with our discussions about fantasy versus realism. Annabeth and Percy are characters that have special talents/powers because they are demi gods.
In the story, Percy is able to command the sea, while Tyson has great strength and keen senses of smell and hearing. Imagine you are the son or daughter of a god and possess an extraordinary ability. Describe the ability you would choose for yourself and how you might use it on the quest.

I would want to be a daughter of Ares, the doaughter of Hades, or the daughter of poseidon. Even the daughter of Artemis, Eremes or Isis. But, I would definetly choose the goddess of fight and strength: Artemis. My powers would be good fighting. I would use my powers to fight the monsters! My favirote part of the ook is when Cece turned percy into a hamster!!!
